Cancellations are processed without any penalty provided the assigned courier has not left our dispatch hub. Once the rider is en route, standard delivery terms apply.

Return Eligibility & Sanitary Regulations

Because TEREA tobacco sticks and IQOS devices are consumables and personal inhalation units, strict health regulations apply under UAE consumer safety directives.

• The transparent outer cellophane, tax seal, or tamper sticker on any carton or single pack is opened or broken.
• An IQOS ILUMA hardware box has been unsealed, handled, or charged.
• Products sustain physical damage post-delivery due to drops, moisture, or improper climate storage.
• The return request is submitted after our 3-day verification inspection window.

Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Items

If a package arrives damaged during transit or contains an incorrect edition (e.g., received Indonesian instead of Japanese), inspect the item with the courier present or contact us within 24 hours.
